TLNA Opposes the proposed Unlimited FAR for Rainey District.
Join us on Dec. 5th @ Noon to support Bonnie Cahill as she speaks to City Council in opposition to the proposed Land Development Code (LDC) Unlimited FAR within Rainey.
The current code allows for an 8:1 FAR (building height) and developers can build to 15:1 if they opt for the Density Bonus Program. However, the proposed LDC would allow developers to build as high as they want for a fee in lieu via the Density Bonus Program.
Given the lack of adequate infrastructure within Rainey we do NOT feel this aligns with our position of "responsible development".
